An Otago born-and-bred photographer and videographer, I grew up spending holidays and free time in Central Otago and came back to settle in Wānaka after a few years of traveling and working abroad. As well as being an avid mountain biker, snowboarder and all-round outdoors enthusiast, I bring a lifetime of local knowledge and capturing the stunning natural landscapes of this area - and the adventurous spirit to capture it in epic ways.
I'm really passionate about photography and enjoy seizing the moment in a natural way so people can relive their special occasion, having timeless images and video that will tell the story about their day for years to come. I have a relaxed style and like capturing real interactions between you and your loved ones.

I’m based in Wānaka, but love to travel. I’m available for weddings, engagements and pre-wedding photoshoots in the Wānaka, Queenstown and Central Otago areas - as well as across New Zealand and overseas. Events around Wānaka are generally free of travel costs, but I’m always very happy to hear your ideas for locations further afield. FAQs
Can we meet?
Of course, I like to meet my clients beforehand to discuss any details. If for some reason we cannot meet in person, a Zoom call can be arranged so we can get to know each other prior to the day.
I’m awkward in front of the camera - will this be a problem?
Honestly, most couples say this to me. The good news? It’s not a problem at all. I keep things relaxed and easy, and I’m big on making you both feel comfortable rather than forcing awkward poses. My approach is all about creating space for natural moments, with a bit of guidance when needed, so your photos feel like you - not like you’re stuck in a photoshoot.
Can you hold a date for us?
Absolutely. Once we’ve locked in the details, your date is secured in my calendar. If your plans change and you need to move the date, that can usually be arranged too - as long as the new date is available.
What size are the image files?
I typically deliver full size image files ready to print and also offer lower resolution files for uploading to social media or sharing with friends and family.
Do you do couples photography and elopements?
Yes, I do. Elopements, engagements, pre wedding and couples photography and they are usually the cheapest options. Please contact me for more information.
Are there any travel costs?
There could be. I'm based in the Wanaka area, but happy to travel if required. Events around Wanaka are generally free of travel costs, but please get in touch if you're planning to spend your day further afield.
How many photos will we get?
This depends on what package you book. I’ll make sure to capture all the best bits of your day and everything in between. Image numbers can be discussed when booking your day.
Do you shoot Video too?
I do. Alongside photography, I offer wedding films with a strong storytelling focus - drawing from my background in documentary filmmaking to create something that feels honest, cinematic, and true to your day.
I don’t usually shoot both photo and video at the same wedding, as I like to give one my full attention, but if video is your priority I can put together a package tailored to you.
How long will it take to receive our photos?
Typically image turnaround takes 3-4 weeks depending on the time of year. I’ll make sure to get a select few images to highlight your day within 3 days of the event to share with friends and family.
